CBL Data Recovery Technologies Expands Into China To Offer Hard Drive Recovery Services
TORONTO, CANADA-- CBL Data Recovery Technologies Inc. of Toronto,
Canada, a leading provider of data recovery services, has again
expanded its global presence by opening a laboratory in the
People's Republic of China.
Based in Beijing under the direction of Dr. Ye Hong, Deputy
Director, Information Security Division of the State Information
Center, the lab is strategically and geographically placed to take
advantage of the incredible growth of the Chinese computing
technology market.
"We are establishing depots in 30 of the 32 provinces in the
country to fulfill the need as a time and cost sensitive, reliable
provider of data recovery services in this new dynamic
marketplace," says CBL's president Bill Margeson. "These depots
use our Remote Recovery Technology, fully supported by the Beijing
lab, where a staff of four CBL-trained software engineers manages
the network. CBL Canada provides data recovery for the physically
damaged media from our Toronto laboratory."
The opening of this lab in China follows a recent announcement of
a data recovery lab being established near Frankfurt, Germany.
"Whether it's in China, Germany or anywhere else in the world, the
two largest contributing factors in data loss are hardware or
system malfunctions and human error," adds Margeson. "Together,
they account for almost 75 per cent of all incidents. Software
corruption, computer viruses and 'physical' disasters like fire
and water damage make up the rest. We are establishing our
presence around the world because time is a critical issue when
there's lost data involved."

Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, Singapore and the United States with
representatives in Australia, Holland, New Zealand, Spain and
